UPDATES!!!!!!! Well let me know what you think everyone. Ive gone with a t61 turbo, and got my 2jz hood specialized by APR performance for this swap.....THE CAR CRANKS!! Tested all circuits the other day and so far so good. SORRY i wont say the date of when i get it on the road, youll just have to wait to see it at a club meet or get lucky and see me driving it around town on a nice day ;) (Doesnt run yet though, have 98% all parts. i just need a PS resivore and some lines and finish up a few circuits.)

That second pic looks like the engine and everything can barely fit in there, with the hood cracked open and the IC piping going through the front bumper lol.

Looks good man!

I have to ask tho, what's up with that air filter? It's wayyyyy under sized for the air you want to flow, and will become a major restriction.

How's it running by the way?

Well the air filter is kinda ghetto rigged....just a thin piece of foam that just happend to be a 4in in diamiter just like my intake and then some chicken wire then boom you have an intake! hehe It runs great but bad news is i had no boost and found oil in my charge pipe and exhaust so im getting blowby past the seals :(

Man, that filter looks like an amputated arm or something. I'm only partly trying to be funny lol, it seriously looks amputated because my mind tells me there should be something there, but isn't. I would definitely see if I could work a proper air filter on there, one that will flow enough CFMs, because as Dave said, until then, I think you're just choking out your engine. And that is a shame because I bet this beast will put down some power. It's a SUPER clean swap. Nice work!

I still have to call shenanigans for removing the rotary though. No offense, I give Frank shit all the time for having a disease in his car too. LOL
