Got back to India this morning from Singapore. What a freaking awesome weekend! Singapore is very nice city!
F1 rocks and the support races were really good too! Pretty sweet how as the weekend goes on you can tell which car it is by the exhaust note that they make when getting off the throttle.
Camera is the best...

Tickets where only 250$ for the 3 days.
Flight was 350$
Hostel I stayed in was 150$
and spent around 200$ from Thursday - Tuesday morning.
I didn't buy a shirt this year so that saved me 150$
I'll be going to the Indian GP race next Oct and will be going to TX GP in 2012. If you still haven't gone to one and want to let me know, I'll be getting a group together for that one. This was my 3rd F1 race yet.

WOW, that's not bad at all! Especially the flight + hotel. I was anticipating much more money than that.
Let me know what you're planning dollar wise for the races. Is the TX GP as in Texas? I didn't know F1 had any races in the US anymore?

Flight was just 4hrs from here to Singapore and staying in a hostel was 12x cheaper than staying in a normal hotel. Hotels were running around 1200 for 5 nights, so I looked at the more adventure side and found a pretty nice hostel.
With Singapores subway system it made getting in and out of the track a breeze.
