Just one thing. Maybe google earth it to be sure, but I don't think there's any place to stop really til you get down to palmer lake...Not trying to be a party pooper but it looks like you guys had some good space before and this road is just a little different...

I say 11:00am is a better departure time, I dont like waiting around that long just to cruise. We can all get something to eat after the cruise in the Springs

I'm up for anything, just trying to be as inclusive as possible (because we would have to either leave at like 8 or start after 1 for lyssa to come)

I prefer leaving in the morning. It's more cool then. Maybe like 10.

I would like to put the wheels on from the gray 8 but two of the wheels are cracked and well those ires are pretty much gone to. Then my stock wheels for the blue 8 also have bald tires so yeah.

I need 3 sets of tires ideally. But 2 would be great.

Yeah, you can ride with me if you want and laugh at how slow my car is :( Although hopefully this weekend I am getting tuned with an extra special power boost! :)

As far as I know, I can make it and would be a good oppotunity to break in the Miata. I would prefer to leave somewhat earlier as well, say 10 ish.

You think you're slow? I'm rocking a 4 banger with an engine rated at 160hp by mazda. Take away all the power loss from actually putting the power to the ground and the altitude, and then factor in curb weight of ~3100lbs iirc, and you end up with one slow mazda :P Mazdas are still really run and responsive, but they still are a lot better than most other cars. I'd take my 6 or a 3 that can do 0-60 in sub 8 seconds from what I've read over a civic that does 0-60 in 9.2 seconds.

Awesome! I was actually going to mention that!

So it looks like people are saying earlier time? I'm good for anything quite honestly. 9, 10, 42 o'clock, I can do it. I think if we left early enough Lyssa could come. How about it?

And turnout is looking great! Lookin' like at least 8-10 drivers and some passengers to ride along. Come on guys and gals! Bring out your cars if you can!

Compared to Jimmy's, yeah, I'm slow. I'm working my way up. I should have dyno charts after I'm tuned so we can see what I'm pushing. But I've always thought mazda6's are gorgeous. If I had one and people picked on its speed, I'd just tell them if you were that important, people would wait for you!

True :p I don't think any of my friends could keep up really. And I love the look of the 6. But I do want a spoiler quite badly.

/slap Jimmy, Paul, Alex. You knowwww you wanna come..... Even if it's to ride-a-long with someone!

Okay wait. I do need to know a time... I don't sleep much as it is; and if I plan ahead to "sleep" early if it's during the morning..... you know how it goes.
