Mountain Cruise on Sunday, March 20th
For whatever reason, I can't get the thought of a run along Lookout Mountain and 6th Ave out of my head (what can I say, I'm addicted to those roads, these days!) - but it sounds like we've got a pretty good plan, here.

Haha. I'm one of the around here not running a rotary of forced induction, so I'm probably slower
I'll add your name to the list!

...That may be so - but you're still running the *largest* engine in the group.
At the risk of sounding egotistical, I'm *fairly* sure I had the fastest car on the last cruise (Although I do say that with some uncertainty - it's not like we were racing eachother, so I can't say that as a fact). I mention this only because, frankly, since your approximate power-to-weight ratio looks pretty similar to mine, you're probably gonna be right up there with the fastest in the group - keeping up shouldn't be an issue, lol.

I'm storing my v6 rotary till the meet, I'll stay in the back and not slow down the turbo's.
I have a suggestion, for the CMZC picture (if you guys want to) we should do it when we first get together, like mentioned before not many rest stops and no way we can get 20 cars in one rest stop lol. Maybe we can do it at the homedepot or something similar (just a suggestion)

How many gas stations are there from the time we start til we end? I'm afraid my gas-mileage has gone to shit.. Or should I bring a can thingie for gas and fill that up *just in case*?

Ha. I think it's because I was fairly heavy-footed last night. I'm at half a tank and barely reached 100 miles to that last fill up. At 100 miles, I'm usually 2/3 from the top, or something. So, I'm hoping she was just being all biatchy to me because I was having fun last night... I'll see on the way up there in two weeks when I drive her next.

All things considered, you should be fine - that's about what the STi's fuel range is like, and I would've had plenty of fuel to spare after the last meet and cruise, if it weren't for the trip up to Longmont right afterward. :P

I'm one sad individual, but I am counting down the days for this cruise
(...btw, this cruise also fell on a company-paid bowling tournament we have on 03/13 as well.. damnit! I rather do a cruise though... Even though I like bowling)

Haha. Bowling is fun, but something you can do any time with friends
I can't wait for the cruise myself. I'm sure there will be gas stations along the way, we are going to pass through a couple of small towns.
I'm going to call everything finalized on Sunday. That way we should have a good idea on weather and also hopefully everyone who wants to come along will have signed up by then. People will still be able to join the cruise, but we will stop the voting on the departure time on Sunday to give everyone enough time to make sure they can make it.

I am 80% sure I'm not coming to this. We will see what gets done at the restaurant this week. A lot of work to be done. Been there all day and night every day this week.
Speaking of bowling I was thinking we should get a bowling meet together on one of the nights where they have special like $1 bowling from 9-12 or something like that.
