So I watch waaay too much TV and thought I would start a thread about the best TV characters. I know we have some other avid TV watchers on this site so I know you guys can come up with some good ones. Here's my top 10, though there are a lot more characters than these that I love.

5. Tobias Funke - Arrested Development
6. Gregory House - House, M.D.
7. Ari Gold - Entourage

9. Dwight Schrute - The Office
10. Berta - Two and a Half Men
2015 Ironman Silver Veloster Turbo - Bone stock and staying that way

All time. 3 of my top 10 are from shows that are no longer on the air (maybe 4 if Two and a Half Men doesn't come back).

I'm disappointed "ALF" wasn't mentioned.

Like I said, lots more good TV characters than these. Wasn't easy to narrow it down to just 10. I did love the show ALF though and watched it all the time as a kid, along with MacGyver, Magnum PI, Dukes of Hazzard, etc., all with great characters also.

Never was a big fan of The Simpsons, but Homer is an icon for sure. Peter Griffin is another great cartoon character.

The other shows were all before my time (unless that Sherman Helmsley pic is from Amen, lol), though I did catch occasional episodes on TV Land now and then.

Didn't say Two and a Half Men was a top 10 show or anything about Charlie Sheen. Berta, his housekeeper, is freakin hilarious though. I'm only ranking individual characters from shows, not the shows themselves.

Yeah, I'm not sure that list accurately encompasses, "of all time".
A few of those shows haven't even gotten their sea-legs yet. You can't put a rookie into the Hall of Fame, sigh.

Two and a Half Men!? Come...on...

So basically you like the writers for the shows LOL.

All of the Seinfeld cast. All of the Arrested Development cast. Hands down. All are funny in their own ways.
