Actually I was going to use 2 hockey pucks on each side but they were just as tall as my other mounts that were too tall already, and 1 hockey puck was too short.
I did the machining of the delrin myself this afternoon. I used my chop saw and then used a belt sander to smooth it out as much as possible. It's still kinda janky but not too bad. I started by just using the belt sander but that would have taken forever lol. I did end up getting the polyurethane bushings and ignition/starter harness in the mail today, so I wrapped the harness in the heat shielding stuff and I'm using the delrin bushings because the poly bushings don't seem much softer.
I got the engine ready to drop in, so I guess I'll be doing that tomorrow morning, if the guys will help lol. Then I need to help Chris pull his engine out of the black FB, and the wife of one of the guys we have deployed sent an email today asking for help putting up a fence, but day-prior notice isn't quite enough for me when I already have plans haha. I might still see if I can find time to help her though.
Anyway, here are some pics of the engine...

Here are the exhaust ports, the white stuff inside is the petroleum jelly...

And unfortunately I broke the wire that goes to the power steering pump, so if someone local has deleted their power steering I'd like your wire please haha. Simon deleted his but I'm not sure if he still has the wire and he's in bed already.
