I think about December of last year, someone was murdered on the other side of my neighborhood. Don't remember if they ever caught the people who did it. They called it a random act of violence. A guy was walking home from the lightrail station and he had just gotten in the neighborhood and he was shot and killed on someone's front lawn.

I remember that Jon. Here I am thinking Denver is a bad place but all the "action" is happening outside of Denver.

Was there some sort of fight Christi? Cops have any idea of who done it or motive? Not like they will knock on your door and let you know. Just thought I'd ask. Stay safe.

IIRC, the guy who was killed in my neighborhood was actually the son of one of the security guards at my school. Could be wrong though.

That's a scary situation Christi!! I'm sorry :/

About three years ago there was a triple shooting double homicide inside an apartment about three doors down from mine. The cops were there for the next few days. It was a drug transaction that went wrong.

sadly I would think only about 10% percent of the crime/deaths makes it on tv. So there must be sooo much crime happening all the time. I've been through a robbery, gta, shooting. People apear to be dropping like flies. In my community one week we had a teenage suicide. Old person dying. Mother committing suicide. Car break ins. But none made it to tv. It's a scary world honestly.

Yeah. I was unaware how horrible South Colorado Springs was, lol. Kinda wonders me how horrible Pueblo is, but I'll be moving on the south side of tow.

Update:

http://www.springsgov.com/news.aspx?newsid=1169

Not much, they still don't know.... it's sad.

Some people in the complex think it's a person who used to live here, but nothing has been updated as of yet.
