And...on new tires/wheels. Went from 16s to 17s, and from 215/60 to 235/55 Kumho Ecsta ASX. Eventually, it'll be lowered.

Sans roof rack. Next up, V70R springs, which equate to around a 2" drop.

Doesn't look half bad, I actually like it! (didn't think I would...)

i agree with tut, that looks good. Just add the drop planned drop and that will be looking sleek.

new pics of old stuff:

Springs and spring seats from a V70R to be installed soon. Roughly a 2" drop:

Shift knob I swapped up on a while ago (free parts are fun):

Instrument cluster/gauges I swapped in from an '04 XC90. (font is diff and this one has the aluminum trim rings around the gauges. Stock XC70 does not.) Once again, gotta like free parts:

And today, I finally got around to painting my grill black. It was fading gray, with some of the bare plastic showing through the paint. I'll take a pic of that later, camera battery went kablooie and needs to be charged.

Those are 17x7.5" from a C70. Those would be a bolt on for the S70.

Finally stopped being lazy and ordered new rear shocks. Hopefully, I can get the springs/shocks installed next weekend.
