That would be a great help! We can use that to compare with two other connections I have and see who comes out with the best price.

We should start the planning right after the holidays are over. The best way to avoid mayhem is to have plenty of time to plan the event. I'll get in touch with Jason and see how he can help us as far as advertising goes.

Do we want to start a sign up sheet for who would like to be on the committee? When you sign up, we'll do an initial meeting in January (maybe at the Birthday Meet) to start throwing ideas out on the table.

NOPI Committe:
1. Angie (MazdaGurl)
2.
3.
4.
5.

I'm excited! This will be a great event!

(Also, there is a big Mazda event in the works ;) )

The committee is to help plan everything for the group... setting up the tents and banners, making sure we have t-shirts and plenty of business cards!

I would definately like to contribute also! My car will definately be ready to Show with some of the engine/exterior Mods I have coming in the next couple of months! Think my Fiance and I might be getting married in Can Cun around that time... but it doesn't matter, we'll make the plans around NOPI! :P

Also I to know about sinister graphics,, they do some good work.. The guy drifter is talking about is the one that did my plexi for my amp rack,, he's really cool.. I also know his roomates really good to so maybe I can get on the inside and get us hooked up.. If you want maybe I will go down there tomorrow and get some general pricing from him...
