Haha, well at least Simon's car will live on in the community. Z got his motor, Eric is getting his bumper, Frank got his headlights and body parts, etc

Ditto Eric.

I think Simon was just happy he did have to ship those things!

Actually I got more than just his bumper and I might not be finished yet haha. I got the steering wheel back haha, and a couple other things. I really wanted that clutch but I think Zico got that too. Simon's car is definitely living on haha. Zico and I might be keeping the shell to build as a track car too actually.

Yeah Frank, I think he was really happy about that...I guess if you want to use that as your excuse for being a vulture...haha. No, I can only imagine the hassle it would have been to ship everything off the car.

No Rich, he's parting it out. He was planning on crushing the chassis, I'm assuming since it's been wrecked before and he had to do work to make some things fit. But Zico told him to just put it in the back yard and we'd do something with it later haha. I swear it's starting to look like Sanford and Son around our house haha. I just can't stand to see it crushed though. There was a guy that parted out his FD several years ago and crushed the perfectly good chassis just because he was a pansy and didn't want to see anyone else driving his car. I wanted to crush him.

Sounds like Simon's chasis would be a great racing platform.

Someone crushed their car because they didn't want anyone else driving it? Lame!

Eric, you and Zico outdid me by a mile on this one. Besides, when I dropped off the crisp $100 bills, that's all that mattered to Simon. For the record, you approached me before you left about buying your hood.

Yeah I'm not sure I have it in me to build another car, but it would be cool to have one to race.

Yeah I thought it was lame too. It really pissed me off actually.

Oh I know, I'm just giving you a hard time because I think it's funny lol. Sorry about the hood, I had promised Zico back when I first got it that he could have it if I sold it. I do feel bad about that.

No worries. He gave me a ring so it's all good. I think I'll just get another stock hood. Mines bent so I just want to replace it.

Simon had that too, why not just get it from him? LOL I'm sure he would much rather have sold that to you too, it sounded like he wasn't too excited about shipping it haha.

Yeah his hood was stock. I used it for a while back in 09 until Zico and I modified mine to fit. Won't you just have to remove material on the underside again anyway? Where is yours bent?
