appendix removed

got my appendix removed on new years :mad::mad::mad: im in bed rest for 30 days i was planning in doing some work in my SA but now i have to wait till feb.

That sucks man! Hopefully healing won't take too long.

DGRR stands for Deal's Gap Rotary Rally and is held out near the border of North Carolina and Tennessee on the NC side. It's based on hwy 129 (aka Tail of the Dragon) that crosses the border. 318 curves in 11 miles. VERY fun event.

Hey, man, that sounds pretty serious for an appendix! Hope you're feeling better really soon, and make the most of the rest time. Good opportunity to catch up on Star Trek and Top Gear on tv. Take good care of yourself so it's only 30 days rest time...

hahaha thats what i thought i usually run 5 miles daily no issues but when i went to surgery my weight was the regular 185 lbs after i came back home from surgery and 4 days hospital my weight was 240 :mad::mad::mad::mad: and to make it worse i cant do any exercise for 30 days so im just doing a good diet QUOTE=speedjunkie;138693]^LOL, yep.
