well what about either the viisitor center. or
the overlook that you can see hwy 24 from. its got a lil gazeebo so its not hard to find its on the south ridge of the kissing camels rock formations that go south. one of those two would be a good spot to meet at. and should be rather open. as i go to gotg all the time. its one of my kicking it spots. plus you can get pics like this.

I hope someone from the Denver area knows where to go, cause I have no idea.. and from the sounds of the last Springs meet we don't want to follow Andrew either. lol

I-25 to garden of the gods boulevard. head west until GotG blvd ends at 30th. Hang a left. Ooh and aah at the pretty rocks on the right, but pay attention cause the entrance to the visitor's center is on the left, BEFORE the entrance to the park. If you miss that one, there's a second entrance on the left after the park entrance.

i'd say park in the northernmost end of the lot, as it's farthest from the doors to the visitor's center, and less likely to annoy actual visitors.
