I played the demo and it seemed a bit more arcadey than the previous Forza games, but it still seems like it will be a lot of fun.

I'm horrible at racing games as is, so the sim ones (Forza, Gran Turismo, Sega GT) are even worse for me. If this one brings the difficulty down some it could be fun for "me". +1 one for game location!!!!!

I was stoked to hear it was based on Colorado roads. I don't play driving games too much, but I'd love to at least see this one. Maybe it will help in our quest to start a summer event in Colorado lol.

I'm gonna be getting it when it comes out. Played the demo and I liked it. Especially after I was able to get into the settings and turn the handicaps off.

If the demo is any indication, it'll just be mountain type roads around Red Rocks. And I don't think that most of the locations are real. I haven't had a chance to compare actual roads, but things like Clear Springs Reservoir don't actually exist as far as I know. Here's the map for the game.

Yeah it's not an exact replica. Was watching an interview with some of the devs. The location is primarily Colorado but many of the mountain roads come from the best in the world.

I'll take a look for it tomorrow. I'm liking it so far, but I think I like Forza4 more. Still glad I bought it and will enjoy it for sure!

Went to buy a Boss 302 as it's the closest thing to my car and it's DLC only. Went to check the price tags on the season pass, since I bought it for Forza 4 for $30, figured it would be about the same. NOPE, $50!! Insane. Rethinking whether I want to bother with any of the car packs now.

The individual car packs are only $5 a piece so I might just buy them individually for the cars I want. I did read that there is going to be some expansion pack with more content or something and the season pass includes that, but in order for the season pass to be a deal that means the expansion has to cost more than $20, probably $30, which seems a bit much for what will probably be like 5 or 6 new races and a few new roads to drive on.

Already done with all the single player stuff except for the last barn find which is refusing to unlock. I know exactly where it is but the "rumor" will not trigger to let me actually activate it. I've got 3 multiplayer achievements left and then I'm not sure if I'll keep playing it or not. Lots of other games vying for my time right now. The rivals stuff is fun and being able to go back and beat your friends' times is cool and all, but I'm not sure it's enough to keep me playing this game when there's nothing more to do.

I heard there's an expansion coming but it's supposedly a rally expansion and the dirt driving in this game is terrible so I doubt I'll enjoy it. Rally games like Dirt handle rally driving way better.
