I love these turbos. They're beautiful just sitting on a shelf or whatever. I'd like to find a way to keep the CHRA from rusting though. Mine has all kinds of rust on it.
Glad you finally got it. I'm anxious to see how and where this sits due to it being larger and with IWG.

I usually get piping from Frozen Boost here in town and cut it and mock it up, mark where I need it welded, and then take it to It's About Time on Chelton Loop. Or you could haul the car down to Beauchamp Racing and let Tom do it all, but it's gonna cost you more, and that's if he even takes the project lol. He'd probably do it, but you'd have to wait for his schedule too.

On the turbo side, what you might think of doing is using an aluminum elbow and a smaller pipe (same diameter as the turbo outlet). They sell reducer couplers you can use. I was going to do what you did but Tom told me to use a small pipe to keep the pressure up as long as possible instead of going larger right out of the turbo and losing that pressure. Honestly though, I couldn't tell you what difference it makes in real world seat time because I haven't done anything different on this turbo lol.
you chose an internal wastegate which taxes the exhaust more than the external wastegates. By looking at your pics you probably have a racingbeat exhaust.
Not sure if you care or not but here is a thread about two exhausts and the backpressure of each.
