I stopped by Blockbuster on the way home, but they didn't have anything good that was inexpensive. They had NFS Pro Street, but they want $50 for it! So, I'll wander somewhere else this evening.[/b]

a used game place would be cheaper, target usually has some 19 or less games which might be what you have in mind.... ;)

I was hoping to find used games at Blockbuster. They had quite a bit, but nothing that made my money fly out of my pocket.

I'd stay away from blockbuster. Usuall all the new games are still $50 dollars for the PS2. I wouldn't waste money on Pro Street...Wait I did.

Go to Cherry Creek Mall. Park in the east parking garage and head on over to EB Games. they should havve a boat load of PS2 games to choose from.

I spent the $50 and I love it. I don't want realism out of games. I want to floor the damn car and fly around. If I want to really race I'll take the out to a track. Actually I plan on doing that :D

You want something not realistic but fun. Get Most Wanted. Pro Street Is easy and I hate howafter every race you have to go to the menu and choose a new one. I miss the free roaming world.

I had most wanted and I killed it so it's time for something new. I hated free roaming. It's a matter of opinion Greek.

true that there have been problems this month. I used to have no lag at all and all of a sudden I'm getting booted off games. But then again sony is kinda behind on online play IMO. And their home menu sucks. The Wii has a better Home menue. Something that costs $600 dollars should have a better more organized menue than their handheld system does.

I went and picked up GT4 at Target last night for $20. Played a little bit. Seems ok thus far. I don't think PS2 graphics are any better than my old Dreamcast.

no they are about the same. But isn't the Dreamcast supposed to be better? I went to EB games last night and picked up Forza 2 and Marvel... A combo pack for $20. They have a bunch of Ps2 games for $9.99.

I'll have to check EB out. If I could find the power cord to that Dreamcast, I'd plug it in! Grr.

Now that I said that, I can't remember if it's the power cord, or the A/V cord that's missing. Not a big deal anyway. I don't play anything very often, so I'll zoom around in GT4 for a bit.
