Very nice looking. And the vent is still usable. I've see a few for other cars where you have to completely eliminate the vent.

I'm on the list. Guy seems legit...says the first batch of 10 are spoken for. I'm sure we'll see pics/info from those people. He just posted this up 2 days ago, so I expect to wait around a month or longer for mine. BTW, the 52mm VEI gauge he mentioned is going for $89.10 new, so add that to the $50 pod price.

That's still a reasonable price. I had a gauge in my VW that my dad bought me from a vendor up at Bandimere one year, and he spent a lot more then that, and I didnt even have a pod for it. We just sat it in the third cup holder in the front

That looks really nice. If I had a Speed6, I think I would be in line as well.

I'm just wonderning but are the Vents the same in other Mazda vehicles? If they are he could sell to a bigger crowed.

Check the post, I believe that was talked about. Like the same for a 6i/s, as they have almost identical interiors. As for other Mazda models, not sure at all really.

I don't remember who had it on this board, but the digital gauge that went in the bottom vent next to the sterring wheel? I really liked that set up a lot, and wouldn't mind having that in my car.

EDIT:: I found the thread, it was Spatty that had it in his car. Here is the link http://coloradomazdaclub.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=41

I just saw that. Seems like something about them are different to have different part numbers. It seems that he is letting people send the vents to him to be poded out. Sure he can make one if someone sends it to him. But would it fit right? IDK. very nice anyway. One of the nicer custom gauge pods.

I'll be waiting until they are actually made and delivered to a few people after the debacle with the other pod they were selling on the boards from Mark @ toppsi. That is a very angry group of people!

Well I definitely won't be paying anything until the first batch is delivered and pics are up. I did see that incident with Mark and was happy I didn't get in on it.
