The one down side of the Stillen Kit is that because they will warranty your motor for 36K miles after you put on the supercharger, they do not want you to change a thing. SO, no upgraded pullies (yet, I have heard rummors of an 8 psi pulley but you must sign a wavier), and the no tuning ability's. They say they do all the tuning for you but I sure it is nothing like it could be. The kit will be installed on Feb 12th-13th. I might have it dyno'd when I pick it up. I have already done a baseline on the truck, so it will be interesting what I gain. When do you get back into town?[/b]

Well that sucks. I'm sure with some tuning and supporting mods to can free up even more power. Is Stillen doing the install???

As mentioned I'm in Kuwait. I'll be home mid-March. None-the-less... Best of luck and look forward to seeing how your turck turns out.

Oh God! :1076b880: Like you've never called in sick. Or any other shop never had someone call in sick.

That's not what I'm saying. I'm just saying be careful when you go there make sure they do everything correct and hope to god nothing blows.

Personally I would have had the dealership do it because then Stillen would warranty the work. I'm not 100% if they warranty it if the dealership doesn't do it.

I hate taking stuff to the dealership but if it gets me a warranty on something I'm supercharging that extra 1k for install vs 7k for engine would be a good investment.

Stillen will Warranty it as long as it was installed by an ASE certified tech, plus MAC is an Authorized Stillen Dealer.

Well I picked up my truck today and all I have to say is WOW!!!. We put it on the Dyno and it put out 298WHP. This is about a 80 HP gain to the wheels. Nick said that as the computer learns I should pickup another 10-12 HP. When I get off work I will post pics and the Dyno runs. I was pleased to see these gains, simply do to our elevation and the size tires I am running. The supercharger is suposed to run at about 6 PSI but due to the atmospheric preasure change at our elevation, I am probably only runnning about 4.5- 5 PSI. This truck it really fast.
