Input on Speed3

Hi, I'll chime in with my mileage. Currently getting about 23-24, with mostly highway driving. I was getting about 25-27 a few months ago. Seems like the guys with the newer Speed3's(Bertha.Colombia28) are getting mileage like I was getting, before about 7500 miles. Was the STI from Sil-Terhar the silver one? I drove a silver one there in June of last year.

Oh and for safety, don't forget all the computer system stuff to keep you alive; ABS (obvious), TC (Traction Control), DSC (Dynamic Stability Control), TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System), and the Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD) & Brake Assist... just to name a few

No, the STI was a blue '06 that they had just taken in the previous weekend. They just called me, and I'm going to go pick it up tonight. I'll be posting some pictures of it soon.

Thanks everyone for their input. I've decided that I'm just going to bite the bullet and trade in my tahoe. Gas mileage doesn't seem to bad as long as you don't constantly get into it. Even if I could get an average of 18mpg, that's better than my constant 11mpg's.

Very very nice! Congrats again! You will LOVE it! Its an Amazing car. And yeah, defiantly get tint... tint makes the car imo.

Just be careful with the stock tires if it ever snows... well i wouldn't even drive it if it snows and you still have the stock tires on. They are not meant to be driven in the snow at all really.

I bet your excited to go get it tonight!

Right on. What are you going to buy? I think I am going to be pleased with the MS3. This car was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I've ever had. I walked in and they had the car sitting on the showroom floor all cleaned up and ready to go and I walked out within an hour of showing up. All my other experiences have been 4-10 hours from start to finish.

Looking forward to getting to some you all.

Cheer another speedy! Congrats! I THINK the next meet is March 6th somewhere in the DTC / South side of town, maybe get a group from the north to roll down south?
