I was at Revolutions for Dyno Day, put down 189hp & 234tq (i think), lowest of the Speed3's. Not sure if it was my winter setup or some heat soak from the ride down there or what.
No numbers released from Cobb, as of yet. Just kinda going on blind faith right now, I expect modest gains from the released Maps. I may move to stage 2 map with exhaust set-up this summer. I expect better gains from the protune, late this year. There are rumors about launch control and flat foot shifting, after release, which would be nice along with the fuel saver for my daily commute.

Awesome Scott!! Can't wait to see the gains. About how much may I ask...

Cobb Accessport. It's a flash based tuning device, you just hook it up to your OBD II port and reflash/upload a new map into your ECU. When I flashed my STI, the first time, it only took about 20-30 minutes for the new map to load into my ECU. On most cars, Cobb raises the boost, has a hold a little more towards redline (if possible), leans out the AFR's a bit and if possible, might add in an extra degree of timing or 2. What's beautiful is that since you're basically reprogramming the ECU, you can get rid of fuel cut, raise your redline, remove the governor (if there is one), and toggle off check engine lights, so if your remove the cats, you can make sure it doesn't throw a CEL from it, very cool stuff. Flash tuning>Piggyback. They don't have dynos up for the Speed3 yet, but here's one for the WRX just to give you an idea what you're in store for:
http://www.cobbtuning.com/products/?id=3264
Plus, when they release their Streettuner/Protuner software for the Speed3, you'll either be able to tune your car yourself or have a professional tune it for you. Not to mention the ability to datalog, calculate performance, estimate fuel economy ect ect. Very cool little toy

I'm not sure when it's going on the Dyno, cause I'm not sure when I'm going to get it, but I want to within the first week. I will keep everyone posted on the updates. It also should provide 0-60 times and 1/4 mile times, I plan to test it against the clock up at Bandimere this summer.I will also need some help with the other goodies, as I don't think anyone here locally has added these mods.
