Is there any difference as far as the 3.5 fitting as opposed to the 3.25? Do you know anyone who can weld it?

Randy I have no rubbing issues and you wont either. Part of the back shroud is cut off so there is no rubbing whatsoever.

I can find a few businesses that will weld it no problem as well.
