If you wanna work a deal I could probably get your winter tires mounted & balanced for free or close to it.
That would be great! I'm not quite sure when i will be swapping tires, but my guess would be first or second week of November at the latest. Let me know if thats to long and i can see if i can survive with the winters on a little earlier than planned.

Those are the exact same tires that come stock on the MS3. And Chris, i bet his have more tread one them than mine do. Mine have about a little over 9k.

Just as a recommendation, I wouldn't use the Factory Bridgestones as a tire in snow period... They aren't good at all....
This isn't a snow vehicle. It's a car I drive that I don't want to get stuck somewhere because I have bald tires and it starts snowing while I'm out.
And the stock speed 3 tires are actually a lot better than some of the supposed all season tires I've tried in the past.
If it's actually snowing? I drive a denali or f250. If it's blizzarding? my jeep has 37's, but isn't very streetable normally.

Are you serious?
I have driven many different vehicles through the years in some of the worst conditions. I will tell you first hand that driving the Speed3 in snow with the stock Protenza's is probably the scariest thing I have ever driven. Considering I was a municipal snow plow driver on 12% grades, that says a lot. I was literally stuck on level ground once last winter in the Speed3 when attempting to move it from a un-plowed parking spot to a plowed one. I had someone help push me out, and he pushed me sideways to move me.
If you were to use the stock Protenza's on snow, you will be at the mercy of gravity and/or inertia. (That was the case for me when I bought the ride last November and had fresh skins... The car was parked December to March because of it.)

I really am not looking to debate it.
1, I drove on these all year last year.
2, They were miles better than the stock Toyo's on my Mazdaspeed Miata, which themselves were actual worse than BFG drag radials. They were marginally better than Dunlop D60's, Pirello Pzero Nero MS, and the Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS all seasons I had right when I switched to the speed 3.
3, my current stock tires are bald. IE 0/32". A full season of drag racing does that.
4, While stock tires with tread may not be the best in snow, they are surely better than stock tires with no tread.
5, I have 3 other snow vehicles. Technically 4 if I count my girlfriends XJ.
