Ahh... another thing I forgot!!! Thanks for reminding me of this Tim. I have been trying to get another key for my car because when I purchased it, it only came with one key. I have one person I should go to for it who is the Parts Manager now and EVERY SINGLE FREAKING TIME I CALL he is supposed to be at work but isn't. I have showed up on days that he is supposed to be there, and isn't. Needless to say, I am giving up on the key thing for now. I hate being put on the back-burner. This was April 6th thru April 12th 2009. So very recent. Oh yeah... & they seem to treat me differently too because I am a young, "naive" female.

Good to have the dates...

I think this is a good sampling. We hope to inprove relations and provide feedback to all Mazda dealerships in the area.

Good job!

This is all VERY good guys! I think it will be worth showing MOL and letting them know what areas they need to improve on. Could even be a huge wake up call for them, too.

It's not what you drive, it's how you drive it.

I had an issue with them not doing warranty work on my speed3 because of the Mazdaspeed CAI that was on my car when I bought it, wanted me to put the stock airbox back on before they would look at anything......which I dont have seeing as the CAI was on there from the start. Lame.

Omgosh that just mad me so sick to my stomach. You're coworker is super cool. That is just so messed up in so many ways and it totally sucks there are people like that in this world.

If something like that did happen, I do not think this site should have any kind of affiliation with them what so ever.

Really...they told me that they are mod friendly as long as it wasn't taking apart the block or changing anything significant like adding a boost controller. They are cool with basic bolt-ons like intake, exhaust, bov. I'm assuming of course that suspension stuff would be ok. Now I don't know.

OK, because I know that they have been under all new management for about 6 months or so.
