toyota hasn't really had much in the looks department, more "great personality" [img]http://coloradomazdaclub.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif[/img]
that supra is nice tho...they are thinking about creating a rwd crx type car as well, it too looked nice.

the supra has kind of a tiburon look but better [img]http://coloradomazdaclub.com/forums/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif[/img] so it willbe selling for low 30k range thats not bad i wonder how it looks inside.

I see hints of the 599GTB in there, regarding the Supra. Hey, as long as it doesn't cost a quarter million...that's a start.

lol I'v been waiting a year for toyota to release some of the final designs for the supra. so thats why i'm so hyped about the 07 show. I think the FT-HS is part of the program ever since they released it as a concept. toyota has been hinting at a hybrid v8 or v6 sports car for the supra for some time now and with the release of the FT-HS concept I think they might be hinting at something with the supra.

as for the insides of the supra i'm sure we will "some" of the interior goodies in the FT-HS that we will see on the supra. but as the supra goes it's only a matter of time before the pics from the show are released into the Web. Then finally we get to see what the NEW supra will look like for a change!!!11one

as for the interior for the FT-HS to supra, we might get some of this
Image
Image

and the thing is a hard top covertible and the top will slide down into the trunk along with the glass.
Image

toyota designers wanted a clean look for the car, a sense of purity thats why they chose white. and as for the interior they wanted to give the driver a "personal space" a cockpit as they described it.

but we cant forget what toyota is hinting at with the pre-supra/ FT-HS

"Boasting a powerful V6 3.5L engine, the FT-HS is coupled with Toyota's Hybrid Synergy Drive® to produce a target power output of approximately 400 horsepower and a projected zero-to-60 acceleration in the four-second range. At a mid-priced market position, the FT-HS would be a true “attainable exotic” with 21st-century performance."

man i'm just amazed at how high tech toyota has become with this car. I love how the insterment panal is all digital including raido, airconditioning, ect.

Let me the first to pick on the new Supra. Not bad looking but...
The rear is looking like a New Gen Eclipse which are UGLYYYYYY.
It almost looks as if they threw a 350Z and an elipse in a blender and got that.
Basically the car from the front of the rear whell wells forward is nice except for that front bumper, needs to be changed.
Doesn't resembel it's predasesor at all unlike the 350Z.
Should have a wider stance the Supras have.
Looks a little bulky and tall for a sports car.

On to a car to drool over, the FT-HS.
This is soo nice. When I had first seen it in a mag I was drooling soo much that the ink smeared. That should be the next Supra with V6 and 8 trim package. I love the looks and the rims. I really didn't think that Toyota would get back into the sports car market after cutting the celica. I'm happy for them. I used to love celicas before the latest Gen model. They were like baby supras.

Not a big fan of how the Tesla looks. Amazing power for being electric though.

Looks nice and clean. Too modern and futuristic for most people though. I Wouldn't mind sitting in that every day one bit. Make me feel like I came from the future. I like the seats. Especially how the drivers side is Red.

I have to say I am surprised toyota is the one that created this concept as the majority of their products are
the exact opposite.
