I called Clark at STH yesterday and he said yes, if it's the turbo I need to go back to 100% stock as a MZ engineer would likely show up to inspect before major warranty repair.
How do I convince STH that it's the PCV?

I'm not familar with your ride and mods... Do you have enough exhaust back pressure? What kind of oil do you use? Have you checked your intake for oil?

That's a tough one. I would think the only option is to buy the part yourself and test it. Not sure what kind of labor they charge for it, but say you paid for the part and labor from STH and it fixed the problem for you, would Clark be willing to submit it as warranty then and reimburse you? If that's possible anyway.

Lots of mods (see my garage) and virtually NO backpressure (I have Zero cats on my car right now) I used to get oil in my intake but that has disappeared since installing my OCC. And 5/30
With that list of mods... I'd investigate a turbo upgrade/swap if the PCV doesn't alleviate it.
Obvious crap:
Make sure you have a very clean air filter.
Check for excessively high oil pressure

I know. You stop going to STH! I had ridiculous amounts of friction trying to convince them that I had some trany issues that they called normal wear and tear. They even went as far as to tell me that they brought in another speed6 and initially they told me that both cars where totally fine and nothing was wrong at all (they couldn't replicate the problem) but then as soon as I show up in person they change their story and tell me that they got my car to act up and that when they had the other speed6 that it did it too so its just normal wear and tear. As soon as I took it to Burt they gave me no friction what so ever and are even helping me install parts. STH imo really does not care about the consumer once you have bought the car.
