Apexcone Raptor HID kit....
Thats how they are.. I have delt with them many times having to have my ballast replaced... they sit on it and wait days before they do anything... One time I sent my ballast back and by the 2nd week of me not hearing from them or getting a ballast back in the mail I called them and they said they just found my package sitting off to the side.. They try to say that it JUST CAME IN THE MAIL that day.. I was like, Dude dont try and fuck with me. I have a delievery confirmation that shows you recieved it 5days ago.. He tried to come up with some story that one of their guys that collect the mail must have put it aside and miss placed it.. long story short, I got my new ballast two days later.. anyways.. good luck with them..
you will be happy with what you get.. but their service isnt the best is the only down side... Did you pay extra for the lifetime warranty?? I would hope you did cuz I can tell you that you will need to use it.. I have had my 2 kits for almost 5 yrs now and I have gone I think 5 different ballast replacements..
I havent gone on their website in a long time.. but yes.. they used to be XTEC when I first got mine, then they changed to APEXCONE which is what they still are kinda.. and now its DDM for the most part.. I know they used to offer lifetime warranty on everything but that was when their prices were much more,, then once they changed to DDM they changed it and you had the "option" to pay I think $25 more per set to add on the lifetime warranty.. Maybe now they dont even offer that at all..

but was it a APEXCONE/DDM kit???? cuz if so,,, all that the sponsor will do is give you an RMA # and then you still have to ship it back to the manufacture ie APEXCONE and still have to deal with them...

I'm not in a huge rush to get stuff..but I figured 24-48 hours is plenty enough time to process and ship....the customer service isn't bad...as soon as I called the problem was resolved....plus at the price they'll cost me I'm ok with paying less and waiting a little longer...

I had to use the warranty with DDM on the HIDs I bought from them last year and the experience wasn't bad. They gave me an RMA#, I shipped it back to DDM, and received my replacement within a week.

Well that's good to hear....I figured that it wouldn't be an issue with warranty stuff.....

I believe some sponsors may send you one from their stock and handle the warranty with apexcone/ddm themselves. I don't remember getting a RMA #. Just contacted the sponsor and had the part replaced. And the replacement was swift with a return lable from the sponsor.
