I was just going to say that too. WTF did he do to that car. Then it got worse with the doors and flags? Wow...

I got challenged by a Chevy Z71 pickup truck the other day lol, I pulled up next to this guy at a stoplight and he was looking over at me as he cracked his window.. He then started inching forward quick and I knew he just wanted to see what the speed6 was all about... He took off hard and I just leisurely shifted through the gears keeping my nose out front :)

Challenged today by some DOUCHEBAG in a Tundra. A TUNDRA!! Was driving home from the doctor's office when I got beside him after a light. I started to accelerate to get by him, since his front wheel was spraying rocks on my windshield, and he kept speeding up to keep me beside him. He wasn't trying to race -- he just didn't want me to pass him. So I backed off and let him go. Not worth it to keep pebbles off the windshield.

Careful with the Tundras. I got a buddy with a 2008 Tundra with the TRD Supercharger. I think it puts down close to 500 at the wheels. Granted the things weighs over 2.5 tons, but that is a lot of power regardless.

LOL yeah, they're 6.2 second trucks WITHOUT the supercharger. But anyone driving something that lifted that fast is BEGGING for a roll-over.

I was in my truck yesterday and had some guy in a Tacoma pull up next to me at the light. This guy must have wanted to race really bad because he must have been watching the light going the other direction. Little did he know that even thought the other light shows red, doesn't mean you are going to get the green. As soon as the other direction showed red, this guy in the Tacoma punches it and blazes through a red light FROM A COMPLETE STOP. What an idiot. That is how people get hurt.

HOLY CRAP! I get challenged by Tacomas all the time. I ignore them. One shitsquirt actually put a buttload of people in danger trying to beat me to a merge lane. I let him do his thing, and he STILL swerved across a solid line, on sand, and damn near slid off the road two cars ahead of me.

They must all be pissed that their precious Toyota company is hiding defects from the customer. :)

I've had people do that before. I try not to stoplight race unless there are no other people around. You never know the ability or mindset of the other driver and it's just too risky when there's other traffic around.

Friends and I used to do stoplight racing back in the day. We would watch the light in the other direction as a guide that the light would go green soon but that was it.

WHAT???!!! You guys are street racing? That's illegal and dangerous. I can't believe this forum condone these type of behavior... I'm very disappointed.

Anyway, I don't think I've never been 'challenged' or maybe I have but I never pay attention anymore. I see those riced out Hondas all the time but I think they know better now. Or maybe they were racing but I just couldn't tell because they're so slow... hmmmmm I just ignore them most of the time anyway.

Is it just me or does Stealth get 'challenged' all the time... like everyday. Does the other guy know that he's doing challenging? J/K =P

Yeah, that seems to be the trend. But I also classify some peripheral things as "challenges," like the douche who just didn't want to let me pass him or some tool trying to beat me to a merge.

That said, I ignore them now. Not worth it.

Yea like the people who don't want to pass you but don't want to let you pass them either. I had some douche today in a Kia "SUV" that wanted to go the exact same speed as me no matter what speed that was, slow or fast. He was in the middle lane, I was in the left lane. I needed to get over to turn right so finally I sped up to about 15 over and passed him. Of course he speeds up too and tries to not let me over, then tries to go around me on the right where I'm trying to go. Then he flips me off when I slow down to make my turn. I just don't understand some people.
