maybe someone here knows the answer... but what happens if you think you will run a 14-15sec ET and hit 13's? Asking as a helmet is required for 13.99 or faster but I don't have one and really have no idea what my Stock Evo X would run up here, but I think it would be fun to go down one of these days.

If you run a 13.99 that will be your last run of the day and they'll kick you out until you come back with a helmet. I would just get a helmet just in case. The stock Evo Xs I've seen have run 14.0-14.2, so you're already pretty close to needing one. And then if you mod at all, you should be in the 13s pretty easily.

cool. I have a moto x helmet, but I would look a bit odd in that going down the track :)

I know this is old, but nothing worse than getting your butt handed to you by a guy wearing equipment from the "wrong" sport. Wear the Motox helmet if they let you:D

I'll be hitting the track in a couple weeks, but it won't be at Bandimere. We're taking a road trip to Tulsa so I can see how the Mustang does closer to sea level.

Have fun! I think it would be a blast to drag a car...just not sure I want it to be my car.

My plan is to someday own a car that will lift the front tires off without breaking anything. Pretty sure the 3 isn't the car to do that:o:D
