HA! Man... I wish... Family happened this weekend and I only got about 3 hours to work on the car. !@#*&$(*
So I realized why in the service manual it states you need to take the engine out in order to take out the stock oil cooler lines. It was a total pain to get the line out that goes to the rear of the engine bay. I ended up just hacking it up and bending the crap out of it to get it out. I then ran the new (used) lines to the right spots. However, I forgot to buy the couplers that allow me to hook the new lines up to the block.
So... the SS lines and thermostat are in place, but not connected to the engine at this point. I ordered the couplers and they should be here by Wednesday.
Other than that, the only other thing I had time to do was plan how I want to make the mounting brackets for the oil cooler cores, not actually make them. If I get out of work at a reasonable time tonight, I'll try to make the brackets and get the coolers mounted tonight.
Nothing ever goes as planned.
